Hmm. You hardly ever see the word "bosoms" without the word "heaving" in front of it. Sort of like how Q and U go together so well.

Knobs are something else altogether where I came from but I guess both types of knob are the doorhandles to physical bliss so I'm not offering any objection to the term or anything. It's just that confusing the two might cause some pretty ugly bar fights back home.
